About the Winery

Josef Weger is a historic family winery in Cornaiano, Alto Adige, founded in 1820 and now in its sixth generation under Johannes Weger. The estate cultivates eight hectares at 435 to 600 meters around Cornaiano, producing approximately 80,000 bottles annually from indigenous and international varieties including Pinot Bianco, Gewuerztraminer, Lagrein, and Merlot, with their premium Maso delle Rose line representing the pinnacle of their refined, terroir-driven winemaking.
