About the Winery

Cantina Toniolli is a family winery in Cembra, Trentino, in the heart of the Val di Cembra near the Dolomites, now led by brothers Stefano and Tomaso Toniolli. Founded in 2018 though the family cultivated the terraced vineyards since the early 1900s, the estate produces approximately 10,000 bottles from six hectares of steep slopes, specializing in Trentodoc Metodo Classico from Chardonnay along with Mueller Thurgau, Schiava, and Pinot Noir under their Baiti label celebrating the region's historic stone rural buildings.
