L'Ancestrale is the ancestral-method sparkling wine line of Caravaglio, an organic estate on the Aeolian island of Salina that crafts wines from indigenous varieties shaped by wind, sea, and volcanic soils. Their ancestral-method sparkling wines are made with native grapes in a traditional, low-intervention style that captures the unique energy of the Aeolian Islands.
