About the Winery

Giotto Bini, together with his father Gabrio, crafts natural wines at Azienda Agricola Serragghia on the wild volcanic island of Pantelleria, continuing a tradition that began when Gabrio acquired the estate in 1994. Their wines, made primarily from old Zibibbo vines trained in the UNESCO-recognized alberello pantesco system and fermented in terracotta amphorae buried in the vineyard, have achieved cult status among natural wine enthusiasts worldwide for their extraordinary complexity and expression of this unique terroir.
