About the Winery
Sangue d'Oro is the wine project of actress and Chanel muse Carole Bouquet on the island of Pantelleria, where she acquired a 12-hectare estate in 2002 and now produces Passito di Pantelleria DOC from old Zibibbo vines trained in the UNESCO-recognized alberello pantesco system. In 2025, Pasqua Wines invested in the project to help preserve this unique and fragile viticultural heritage, producing around 5,000 bottles annually of the legendary passito that captures the essence of this windswept volcanic island.
