Ronco Severo is an eight-hectare estate in Prepotto, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, led by Stefano Novello with great passion and competence. The estate practices natural viticulture without chemical treatments or herbicides, using indigenous yeasts, no filtering or clarifying, and long macerations to craft wines that fully express the extraordinary territory, with Schioppettino di Prepotto being a standout variety that showcases the unique character of this subzone.
