About the Winery

Mutiliana is a small winery in Modigliana, in the Romagna Apennines, founded by Giorgio Melandri and winemaker Francesco Bordini. The estate focuses on high-altitude Sangiovese grown on weathered sandstone soils, producing terroir-driven wines from three distinct valleys: Acereta, Ibola, and Tramazzo, each expressing a unique mineral and herbal character.
