Ilaria Addis Winery is a boutique estate founded by Ilaria Addis in Luras, in the Gallura region of northeastern Sardegna, producing wines from the 'Gariga Vinifera' area where vines coexist with lavender, helichrysum, and Mediterranean herbs. The winery crafts wines including Vermentino from a terroir where the vines are guests among wild flora that has reclaimed its natural space, creating a unique expression of Gallura's granitic soils and coastal influence.
