About the Winery
Il Poggiarello was founded in 1882 in the Trebbia Valley near Travo, Piacenza, by the Perini and Ferrari families, and was revived in 1980 by the great-grandchildren of the founders. The estate cultivates 13 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards producing DOC Colli Piacentini wines including Barbera, Bonarda, and Malvasia, with panoramic views over the valley.
