About the Winery

Griesbauerhof is a historic family winery in Bolzano, Alto Adige, with the Mumelter family shaping its history since 1785 and now managed by Georg Mumelter in the eighth generation. The 10-hectare estate at 300 meters above sea level produces characterful wines from indigenous Lagrein and Vernatsch as well as international varieties, with a distinctive focus on sustainable farming and the traditional production of Isarcus from partially withered grapes.
