About the Winery

Cantina Giuseppe Sedilesu is a family-run organic winery founded circa 1985 in Mamoiada, in the Barbagia region of central Sardegna, now spanning 15 hectares dedicated primarily to Cannonau cultivation. The estate produces acclaimed wines including Mamuthone, Ballu Tundu, and Carnevale from vines trained in the traditional alberello (bush vine) method at 600 meters on granite soils, with the second generation now managing operations and actively participating in the Mamojà association and Consorzio di Tutela del DOC Cannonau.
