About the Winery

Girolamo Conforti is a cooperative agricultural society founded in 2014 in Erbusco, uniting 11 growers with approximately 30 hectares of vines across 9 municipalities of Franciacorta. Named after a Brescian doctor who authored one of the first publications on winemaking in 1570, the cooperative produces Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wines from organically, biodynamically, and sustainably farmed vineyards, with their Satèn made from 100% Chardonnay.
