About the Winery

Garofano is a family winery in Manduria, in the heart of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC zone of Puglia. The estate produces wines from native Salento varieties including Primitivo and Negroamaro, honoring the ancient winemaking traditions of the Manduria area where the Primitivo grape finds one of its finest expressions.
