About the Winery
Galardi is a renowned boutique winery in Sessa Aurunca, northern Campania, that has produced exactly one wine since 1994: the iconic Terra di Lavoro, a blend of 80% Aglianico and 20% Piedirosso from 9 hectares of volcanic vineyards at 500 meters above sea level near the extinct Roccamonfina volcano. Founded with enologist Riccardo Cottarella, the estate ages their wine in new French barriques for 12 months, consistently earning top scores from international critics and multiple 'Tre Bicchieri' awards from Gambero Rosso.
