About the Winery

Cantina VerSer is a family winery in Serrapetrona, in the heart of the Marche hills, founded by Matteo, a viticulturist and oenologist who pioneered the study of Vernaccia Nera and its vinification techniques. The name combines 'Ver' from Vernaccia and 'Ser' from Serrapetrona, and the estate produces wines from Vernaccia Nera and Pecorino with a minimal intervention philosophy, earning recognition among Forbes' 100 Excellences of 2025 in Food & Beverage.
