Benedetti & Grigi is a prominent winery founded in 2014 in Montefalco, Umbria, born from the partnership of Umberto Benedetti and Daniele Grigi, who combined their agricultural expertise to create an ambitious viticultural project spanning approximately 70-80 hectares across four estates. The winery is a proud member of the Montefalco Consortium and produces wines including Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, Montefalco Rosso DOC, and skin-contact whites from Trebbiano Spoletino, utilizing innovative techniques such as micro-parcel vinification and aging in oak, concrete, and amphora to express the diversity of their vineyard sites.
