About the Winery

Frascole is a family-run organic winery in Dicomano, northeast of Florence in the Chianti Rufina zone, founded in 1992 and certified organic since 1999 across 15 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. The estate crafts elegant, fresh Chianti Rufina wines from Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino at 400 meters altitude, where high day-night temperature fluctuations impart intense aromatics and distinctive finesse.
