Monastero dei Frati Bianchi is a winery founded in 2004 in Fivizzano, Lunigiana, on the site of a 7th-century monastery, reviving ancient vineyards through organic farming. The estate specializes in native grape varieties such as Pollera and Barsaglina, producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of this lesser-known Tuscan region with its galestro and alberese soils.
