About the Winery

Bersano is one of Piedmont's most historic and largest private wine estates, founded in 1907 in Nizza Monferrato with 230 hectares of vineyards spanning Barolo, Barbaresco, Nizza, and other top denominations. Now owned by the Massimelli family, Bersano produces over 1 million bottles annually, including single-vineyard Barolo from Cannubi and Badarina, and is home to the Museo delle Contadinerie, a UNESCO-recognized museum of farming culture.
