About the Winery

The small Noussan winery in Saint-Christophe was founded in 2004 when Franco began recovering old family vineyards planted with Petit Rouge, Mayolet, Fumin, and Pinot Gris. Today the estate cultivates 2.4 hectares across five municipalities, producing approximately 10,000 bottles annually of wines including Torrette, Pinot Noir, Fumin, and Pinot Gris, with totally manual vineyard work and a commitment to natural, herbicide-free farming.
