Fixum is a boutique winery in the Val di Non, Trentino, founded in 2016 by Davide Busetti, who cultivates vines on steep, spectacular terrain overlooking Lake Santa Giustina. Specializing in high-altitude Rebo and Pinot Regina grown at 700 meters, the estate produces small quantities of mountain wines that showcase the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts and unique terroir of this historic rural landscape.
