Fischetti

About the Winery

Fischetti is a historic family estate at the foot of Mount Etna in the hamlet of Rovittello, within the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, where the family has restored a traditional palmento for winemaking. At 650 meters above sea level, their organically tended vineyards feature century-old indigenous vines trained in the traditional alberello system, producing Etna DOC red, white, and rose wines of notable quality.
