About the Winery

Firmino Miotti is a historic family winery in Breganze, Vicenza, located on a volcanic hill, dedicated to preserving indigenous and ancient grape varieties of the Breganze DOC. Led by Firmino, wife Pina, and daughter Franca, the estate cultivates rare varieties including Pedevendo, Gruajo, and Sampa, and is renowned for its iconic Torcolato, a sweet wine made from dried Vespaiola grapes aged for a minimum of four years before bottling.
