Ferrando, also known as Luigi Ferrando, is a historic winery in Ivrea, Canavese, Piedmont, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1900 and long recognized as the leading producer of Carema DOC wines. The estate's Nebbiolo-based Carema, grown on steep terraced vineyards in the shadows of Monte Bianco, is celebrated for its finesse and longevity, while their Erbaluce di Caluso showcases one of Piedmont's oldest indigenous white varieties.
