About the Winery
Fattoria di Petroio is a certified organic Chianti Classico estate in the Berardenga district with roots stretching back to the 12th century, in the Pallini-Lenzi family since 1886. The 100-hectare property includes 15 hectares of hand-harvested vineyards producing vegan-certified wines from Sangiovese, Colorino, and Malvasia Nera, fermented with indigenous yeasts in glass-lined cement tanks.
