Fattoria Colleallodole

About the Winery

Fattoria Colleallodole is a historic family estate near Bevagna in the Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG zone of Umbria, founded in the late 1960s by Cavaliere Milziade Antano, one of the reference figures in the history of Sagrantino, and now spans approximately 40 hectares with around 20 planted to vineyards. The estate's name is inspired by the migration of larks across these hills in October, and it produces acclaimed wines including Montefalco Sagrantino Colleallodole DOCG, Montefalco Rosso DOC, and Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG, working traditionally without chemical substances in both field and cellar.
