About the Winery

Fattoria Fibbiano is a family-run organic farm and winery near Terricciola in the hills of Pisa, founded in 1997 by the Cantoni family across 90 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and woodland. The estate is renowned for its commitment to indigenous Tuscan varieties, including historic Sangiovese clones, and produces Terre di Pisa DOC wines from soils rich in fossil shells dating back to the Pliocene epoch.
