Famiglia Demelas is a family winery in Atzara, in the Mandrolisai region of central Sardegna, producing wines from indigenous grape varieties that reflect the character of this mountainous inland area. The estate continues the viticultural traditions of central Sardinia, where Cannonau and other native varieties thrive in the high-altitude granite soils and continental climate of the Barbagia and Mandrolisai territories.
