About the Winery

Eudes is a young Etna estate founded in 2019 by winemaker Giuseppe Russo, distinct from his family's Girolamo Russo label, focusing on small high-altitude parcels of Nerello Mascalese on the northern slopes. The project has quickly gained attention for precise, terroir-driven wines that capture the finesse and structure of Etna's volcanic terroir at excellent value.
