About the Winery

Etyssa is a young Trentodoc sparkling wine house in Trento, born in 2009 from the friendship and shared passion of four friends — Federico Simoni, Giovanni Grandi, Malcolm Salvadori, and Stefano Bolognani. Their 100% Chardonnay vineyards at 500 meters on Monte Calisio's dolomitic-glacial soils produce exclusively vintage-dated cuvées, with each numbered cuvée representing the unique expression of its harvest year.
