About the Winery
Eredi Fabri Guarini Cosimo is a historic winery in Bertinoro, with the Guarini family present in Romagna since the 13th century and wine operations moved to the Bertinoro hills in the early 1800s. Count Cosimo Fabri Guarini was the first to vinify pure Pagadebit in the 1950s, and today the estate produces Albana (sweet and dry), Sangiovese, Trebbiano, and Cagnina, along with Chianti Classico from their Fattoria Morrocco property.
