About the Winery

Founded in 2017 by siblings Chiara and Lorenzo Iacoponi in Monte Compatri among the hills of the Castelli Romani, Eredi dei Papi is a young, certified organic winery that inherited historical vineyards planted by their grandfather Francesco Papi in the 1990s. The estate focuses on low-yield production to maximize quality, crafting wines from native varieties such as Malvasia Puntinata, Grechetto, and Cesanese with a commitment to sustainability and expressing the full potential of the volcanic terroir.
