Eraldo Dentici, operating as Cantina Rialto, is a producer of natural wines in Montefalco, Umbria, founded in 1998 by Eraldo Dentici and his father on approximately 8 hectares of vineyards, growing from an initial production of 1,000 bottles per wine to 50,000-80,000 bottles annually. The estate produces organic, natural, and vegan wines from indigenous varieties including Sagrantino, Grechetto, Merlot, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano, with no filtration or clarification and spontaneous fermentations, reflecting a deep commitment to environmental respect and biodiversity.
