Benanti is a pioneering Etna winery founded in 1988 by Giuseppe Benanti, widely credited with sparking the modern revival of Etna viticulture through his dedication to indigenous varieties. Their benchmark Pietramarina Etna Bianco Superiore, made from century-old Carricante vines in Contrada Rinazzo, remains one of the most celebrated white wines of Sicily.
