About the Winery
La Quercia Scarlatta is a family-run organic vineyard and farm established in 2006 in Monte San Giusto, in the province of Macerata, Marche. The estate spans 7 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, producing approximately 20,000 bottles annually from native grapes including Ribona (Maceratino), Sangiovese, and Merlot, alongside organic extra-virgin olive oil. Their approach combines time-honored local farming traditions with innovative processing technology, and they have embraced minimal-intervention winemaking with native yeast fermentation and low sulfite use.
