About the Winery
Du Cropio is an acclaimed boutique winery in Cirò Marina, Calabria, founded by Giuseppe Ippolito in 2007 on a 30-hectare estate with 8 hectares on the plains and 22 on steep hillside vineyards. The winery produces approximately 3,000 cases annually of elegant, organically farmed Cirò DOC wines from nearly 100% Gaglioppo, including the notable ""Dom Giuvà"" and ""Damis"" Riserva, using traditional large oak botte aging and neither fining nor filtering.
