About the Winery
Dolomis is a fine mountain sparkling wine producer in Trento, founded by three entrepreneurs around Villa Sardagna, a 1700 manor on the hills surrounding Trento. The estate produces exclusively Blanc de Blancs Trento DOC metodo classico from 30-year-old Chardonnay vines grown at 350 meters on rocky dolomitic soils, with Riserva wines aged 36, 48, 60, and even 72 months on the lees.
