About the Winery

Distilleria Giovi is a craft distillery founded in 1987 by master distiller Giovanni La Fauci in Valdina, near Messina in northeastern Sicily. They produce premium spirits including grappa, liqueurs, and fruit distillates using raw materials sourced from Sicily's finest wine regions, including Etna, Pantelleria, Marsala, and the Aeolian Islands.
