About the Winery

Dislivelli is a small artisanal winery founded in 2020 by architect and vigneron Gian Piero Ioli in the Sassella subzone of Valtellina, farming just one hectare of organically and biodynamically managed vines at 400-450 meters on slopes exceeding 30%. The winery takes an extreme natural approach with spontaneous fermentation, extended skin maceration of up to 121 days, and aging entirely in ceramic Clayver amphorae with minimal sulfites, producing a singular Rosso di Valtellina from 100% Nebbiolo that expresses the raw purity of alpine mountain terroir.
