About the Winery

Destro is a family winery located in Montelaguardia, a small village at 750 meters above sea level on the northeastern slopes of Mount Etna near Randazzo. Since 1987, they have focused exclusively on two indigenous Etna varieties, Nerello Mascalese and Carricante, producing around 75,000 bottles annually from their nine hectares of organically farmed volcanic vineyards.
