Daniele Ricci is an organic winemaker in Costa Vescovato, Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont, who has become a leading figure in the Timorasso renaissance, using long skin macerations, underground amphorae, and natural fermentation. The estate, founded by his grandparents in 1929 as Cascina San Leto, spans 8 hectares where Daniele crafts distinctive wines from Timorasso, Barbera, and Croatina on Tortonian marl soils.
