Damiano Ciolli is a fourth-generation family winery in Olevano Romano, southeast of Rome, founded in 2001 when Damiano began bottling wines from vineyards his family had worked for generations. The 7-hectare estate specializes in Cesanese d'Affile, producing acclaimed wines like Silene and Cirsium from steep volcanic hillside vineyards at 450 meters above sea level.
