About the Winery

D'Ambra Vini d'Ischia is a historic family winery founded in 1952 by the sons of Francesco D'Ambra, producing wines from indigenous Ischia grape varieties including Biancolella, Forastera, and Per'e Palummo. Located in a spectacular natural amphitheatre at the foot of Mount Epomeo, the winery was instrumental in obtaining DOC recognition for Ischia wines as early as 1966.
