Cultivar delle Volte – Cantina Bignotti is a historic mountain winery in Piamborno, Valcamonica, founded in 1997 by Giorgio Bignotti and now run with his sons Marco and Andrea. The estate produces Valcamonica IGT wines including red blends from Merlot, Barbera and Nebbiolo, and traditional method sparkling wines, vinifying in historic 15th-century cellars from vineyards along the ancient Via delle Volte.
