Costaripa di Vezzola Mattia is a historic estate in Moniga del Garda founded in 1928, now in its third generation under enologist Mattia Vezzola, who pioneered the Classic Method in Valtenesi with his first sparkling wine in 1973. The estate specializes in elegant rosé wines from the rare Groppello Gentile grape, using traditional tear-drop vinification and partial fermentation in small white oak barrels to create complex, age-worthy wines with persistent sapidity.
