About the Winery

Corvée is a wine project rooted in the Cembra Valley, Trentino, dedicated to crafting authentic mountain wines from steep terraced vineyards at 400-800 meters on ancient porphyry soils. Founded to honor the laborers who built the valley's iconic dry-stone terraces, the estate produces Trentodoc sparkling wines and still wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Müller Thurgau, with a focus on minerality and high-altitude freshness.
