About the Winery

Corte Gonella is a family winery in the eastern part of Valpolicella Classica, in San Peretto, Negrar di Valpolicella. Founded by Giuseppe Gonella, who moved from Piedmont and started winemaking in the 1930s, the estate is now run by brothers Giorgio and Giuseppe Costato with Paolo, producing traditional Valpolicella wines including Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto from estate vineyards cultivated with the traditional double pergola system.
