About the Winery
Corte Aura was founded in 2009 when Federico Fossati left his accounting career in Veneto to pursue his dream of producing high-quality Franciacorta in Adro. Today the winery produces over 100,000 bottles across a full range of Franciacorta DOCG styles, working 7 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with extended lees aging of at least 30 months to create long-lived, expressive cuvées.
