About the Winery
Cordero San Giorgio is the project of three siblings — Francesco, Lorenzo, and Caterina — who acquired an ancient estate in Santa Giuletta in the Oltrepò Pavese in 2019, continuing their family's wine legacy from the renowned Vietti winery in Barolo. The 22-hectare property, which includes a perfectly preserved 16th-century crenelated tower and underground cellar, focuses on Pinot Nero, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay, with all vineyard work carried out according to organic principles.
