About the Winery

Contrada Palui is a small organic winery in Valpolicella, located on a hilltop at 500 meters above sea level east of Negrar, Verona, founded by Hannes Pichler. The estate's unique terroir features a rare combination of white limestone, black basalt, and sharp flint soils, where Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone are organically farmed and wines are aged in distinctive clay amphorae, producing elegant, fresh, and mineral-driven Valpolicella and Amarone wines.
